Professional Services

The professional services business unit provides Enterprise IT Architectural services that are focused on the underlying business and economic factors that shape an organization's strategic IT requirements. This approach requires a team that has both expert technical skills and expert management skills. Our goal is to provide a professional IT architectural consultancy committed to providing a client advocacy role in the development of global IT enterprise solutions. We focus on developing practical information technology solutions based on sound architectural concepts, proven methodologies and industry standards.

The Service Delivery Business Unit delivers the Corazon Platform. Corazon is an agent-based remote monitoring and management solution from Aurenav that offers a complete and cost effective solution for the Small to Medium Business (SMB) market. It allows an organization to effectively budget and build a long term strategy for their information technology requirements based on a mature, reproducible, modular, standards based, flexible "grow as you grow" and cost effective model.

Corazon has been developed as a platform for two key target markets:

• As a preeminent tool to enhance, secure and effectivise IT operations for existing IT managed service providers. In this scenario, Aurenav and the IT service provider work closely in partnership with the delivery of IT services to the end customer. Corazon provides monitoring, automated remediation and problem tracking tools for use by the IT service provider personnel in servicing the end customer.
• As a set of software tools and resources to manage IT operations directly to organizations. In this scenario, Corazon delivers IT services remotely and Aurenav provides the IT personnel and resources for issues requiring onsite support.

The Aurenav Content Management System (CMS) is a full featured system that can be used to build virtually any type of website. From simple websites for advertising, e-commerce, education, religious organizations, communities and government portals to complex enterprise level portals including intranets and extranets. The Aurenav CMS is modular so website(s) can be built quickly and can also easily expand to include new functionality over time. It is built upon a lightweight core using streamlined code, combine that with server side caching and websites built with the Aurenav CMS deliver content stunningly fast.

Since 2001, the Payroll and Business Services business unit has provided a full-service, single point of contact for individuals and organizations that need a solution for payroll, tax compliance bookkeeping, human resources, local representation agent, company formation and registration services in Sweden. We specialize in serving organizations with employees based in, or working in, Sweden.

Training and Education

If you manage or administer information technology, or have a responsibility for assuring that information systems and networks are secure, you should understand digital forensics (also commonly called computer forensics). Forensics is the process of using scientific knowledge for collecting, analyzing, and presenting evidence to the courts or in some type of administrative proceeding.

Forensics deals primarily with the recovery and analysis of latent evidence. Latent evidence can take many forms, from fingerprints left on a window to DNA evidence recovered from blood stains to the files on a hard drive.

We define digital forensics as the discipline that combines elements of law and computer science to collect and analyze data from computer systems, networks, wireless communications, and storage devices in a way that is admissible as evidence in a court of law.

The business unit, in partnership with CyberSecurity Institute (CSI), offers three different training courses, namely:

• Digital forensic examiner for the IT professional,
• Digital forensics fundamentals for upper management, and
• Computer forensics for the legal professional.

CyberSecurity Institute is a world leader in Digital Forensic Science whose clients include the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, United States Coast Guard, United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Department of Defense (Army, Navy, Marine Corps), and numerous other law enforcement agencies in the US and abroad.
