Aurenav is an enterprise architecture services company built on a foundation of intellectual property and resource management. We specialize in the applied research and development of enterprise architecture and management solutions. To serve our international customers in North America and Europe, Aurenav business development and operations offices are located in the United States and Sweden.

Our primary geographic areas of operation consist of North America and Europe. Aurenav underwent a restructuring to better balance our research, product development, service offerings and support capabilities resulting in a reorganized company structure in 2003 as an independent limited liability company focusing on providing a managed environment for our research and development activities. Aurenav consists of five operational areas:

Professional Services provides a pool of highly skilled experts in MIS, IT and ICT that provide services to government sector and large enterprise clients across a wide range of industry sectors. A significant portion of our consultancy services involves providing resources to some of the world's largest global services companies including IBM, Fujitsu Services, and Cap Gemini. Aurenav specializes in supporting high risk projects that are part of a large and formal program office with typical budgets ranging from Euro 250M to Euro 2B. Aurenav invests profits from our Professional Services business unit to fund our research and development activities, provide educational scholarships, and support new venture start-ups. Aurenav maintains a high level of proficiency by rotating our consultants through internal and external projects and involving them in research and development activities. By continuously exposing our consultants to a disciplined full-life cycle process, we are able to offer highly skilled, jelled teams that work smarter, are more efficient and are more effective resulting in a consistent ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Aurenav Research and Development is organized under our Aurenav Research Institute (ARI), which actively works with leading educational institutions in advancing pragmatic management information systems architecture solutions for the enterprise. ARI also works in collaborative ventures with other organizations to develop enterprise solutions, new products and new service offerings. Key public Universities include the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm University (SU), the Karolinska Institute (KI) and Karolinska University Hospital. Key corporate partners include IBM, Ericsson and Fujitsu Services. Historically, Aurenav has relied on self funding for most of our core research and development activities. Over the years, an increasing amount of research and development funding is being provided on a project basis from external public and private sources. ARI was established as its own business unit to address its continuing growth and to establish a program management office (PMO) to better coordinate resources, operations and business activities.

Operational Support is provided by our management and administrative team to support day-to-day business; support new venture activities; and to provide third-party business administrative, human resources and logistical support. In Sweden, Aurenav Payroll Services (APS) provides these services.

Resource Management consists of a pool of information and communication technology hardware, software, and professional consultants that are assigned to various projects and organizations to promote the development of new MIS and IT solutions. Core areas of expertise include data center infrastructure management, enterprise software and application integration management and communication infrastructure including distributed fiber optic networks. In addition to hardware and software, Aurenav operates several data centers in the United States and Sweden as part of our resource management solution for data center outsourcing. Aurenav also offers public fiber optic infrastructure in the Stockholm, Sweden metropolitan area.

Economic Development provides intellectual property, infrastructure, human resources and financial subsidization support for new venture projects and to support social projects aimed with helping developing countries. One of the founding principles of Aurenav is to provide a socially responsible business model that promotes the use and adoption of technology to solving the needs of business, society and people.
