Résumés and CV's need to be accompanied by a cover letter identifying specific employment interests. If you are interested in being assigned to a specific Aurenav business unit or facility, please provide details in your cover letter. If you have a web site that showcases any of your work, please include this information in your cover letter as well.
Guidelines for submitting initial employment applications:
- A cover letter identifying specific employment interests and personal strengths
- A detailed functional Résumé or CV that provides sufficient context to evaluate experience and responsibilities broken down by company, program, project and number of people that you directly interacted with
- Locations where you prefer to work and where you are not willing to work
- Indicate if you are seeking FT / PT / Internship work
- A minimum of three professional references (academic references may be substituted for currently enrolled students and recent graduates applying for Internships and entry level positions)

Employment Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check (criminal and credit)
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance
- Must not have any criminal convictions for crimes classified as felonies (a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment regardless of actual time served) or crimes of moral turpitude
- Must not have any convictions of driving while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
- Must not have used controlled substances for at least the past ten years
- Must have a valid passport
- US employees must have a valid Driver's License - Other employees may be required to have a valid Driver's License depending on specifics of the job assignment
- Must be bondable
- Must be able to pass an occupational medical examination where applicable
- For professional and technical roles, must have an applicable University degree from an accredited institution (accreditation standards must be recognized by the US Department of Education) - certified diploma and transcript required (The degree requirement may be waived if there is equivalent experience of at least five years and the candidate can pass a skills assessment examination).
- Minimum formal education requirement: All employees must have a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent from a recognized school - certified diploma required
- Must be able to pass a technical skills assessment
- Must be proficient in both written and spoken English (English is our official company language) - other language skills may be required based on assignment location
- Must be able and willing to use biometric identification systems
All Aurenav employees are required to have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally. Additionally, all candidates must be able to be legally employed in the country for which they are applying.
Aurenav maintains a drug free workplace and has instituted a zero tolerance drug policy. Employees in certain business units may be subject to random drug screenings.
